Notice the plus and minus buttons on the right side of peoples posts (you can't see your own) this is where you can boost or lower someones reputation. USE THIS WISELY! This is not to be played with.
You are allowed to give 1 reputation vote per day. Once you give one out, you have to wait 24 hours.
Only give bad votes when it is REALLY needed, not just because you don't like the person.
This system is used so we know who we can trust.
